North Star Youth Court clients can use this page to download replacement forms, obtain more information about the alcohol awareness class, or find information related to obtaining a GED.   

• The General Information Form includes details regarding office location, arraignment procedures, and additional services.

• Community Work Service Locations and Record Sheet.  Any non-profit agency, church, or school will qualify for community work service hours. Completed hours must be turned into the office. 

• All clients are eligible to receive free mediation services from North Star Youth Mediation to help resolve conflict with family members or peers.  Simply fill out the referral form and return to our office to set up an appointment. 

• The next alcohol awareness class is scheduled for March 20, 2010 from 12:30 to 5:30 PM.  All students are expected to check in by 12:15 PM.  Please download the class form with additional information here. 

• Adult Learning Programs of Alaska is a recommended agency for obtaining a GED.
