Our Vision:
North Star Youth Court aims to engage victims, offenders, and the community to restore relationships and reduce the recidivism rate of offenders through an immediate and direct response to juvenile crime. Youth learn about the legal system, mediation, and substance abuse. North Star Youth Court promotes community service and leadership and encourages personal accountability and responsibility.
Our Mission:
North Star Youth Court keeps youth out of jail. We reduce juvenile crime and substance abuse and promote restorative justice and alternative dispute resolution which results in stronger, more secure youth and safer communities.

Parents and friends of North Star Youth Court,
We are looking for parents to commit to provide food, snacks for one bar meeting per year. We appreciate family time and your commitment and want to share opportunities among all of you. Please email me at nsyc@mosquitonet.com to be on the roster.

The secretary publishes minutes and maintains a notebook of minutes/agendas in the office for review.

Weather Policy:
If temperature is -30 F. at the airport at 4 p.m. on Thursdays,
court is cancelled.
